Terms of service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Provider
These terms govern the web design, SEO (search engine optimisation) and automation services provided by the company below. They apply to each project together with the proposal you accept; where the two differ, the proposal prevails.
- Name: NORBA TRAVEL OÜ
- Registry code: 17597060
- Country of registration: Estonia
- Address: Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Harju maakond, Estonia
- VAT number: EE103029739
- Contact email: [email protected]
2. Scope
The scope, price and timeline of each project are those in the written proposal or quote you accept. Any work outside that scope is quoted separately and starts once you accept it in writing.
3. Payment
You pay as the proposal sets out, for example a deposit at the start and the rest by milestones or on delivery. Every payment is invoiced, and each invoice is due within the term the proposal states. If a payment is late, we may pause the work until it arrives.
4. Your materials
You provide the copy, images, access and brand assets the project needs on time, and you warrant that you have the right to use them and to let us use them for the project. If something is late on your side, delivery dates move by the same amount.
5. Intellectual property
- The deliverables become yours once you pay the full price. Until then you have a licence to use them for review only.
- We keep our pre-existing tools, methods and know-how, and may reuse generic components in other projects.
- Third-party software, fonts and plugins are subject to their own licences.
- We may mention the project in our portfolio unless you object in writing.
6. Warranty
We fix, at no charge, defects against the agreed scope that you report within 30 days of delivery. Maintenance, hosting and monthly SEO are provided only under a separate written plan. We never guarantee rankings or search results: search engines decide them.
7. Liability
Our liability for a service is capped at the fees you have paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
8. Termination
Either party may end the service by notice in writing. Work done up to that date is paid for.
9. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the project. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement with you under Article 28 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) on request.
We handle your own data as described in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, and Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn settles any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually live and may also go to the courts where you are domiciled.
